BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - The European Commission said its inquiry deadline for Motorola Inc's proposed acquisition of a 50 pct stake in Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB's UI Holdings BV, the parent company of UIQ Technology AB, is set for Dec 19.
