At SEUniverse.com you can find a complete tutorial how to flash Sony Ericsson K750i. Step by step instructions with photos and required software is available. You can use your supplied USB cable.

If you want to flash your K750i into a W800i simply choose files for the W800 at step 7 in tutorial.
